This Privacy Policy applies to the Cosmic Augur mobile app operated by Sanchu LLC (“we,” “us”). Cosmic Augur is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or factual prediction advice.

We do not collect personal data on our servers. Cosmic Augur has no user accounts, and we do not ask for a username or password. If you enter a birthdate, it is used only to generate insights and is stored locally on your device.

1. What we do not collect

Sanchu LLC does not collect, receive, or store:

• Name, email, username, or password
• Account or sign-in credentials
• Payment card numbers (purchases, if any, are handled by Apple or Google)
• Your birthdate on our servers
• Location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio
• Analytics, advertising, or tracking identifiers for our own use

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your birthdate with anyone because we never receive it.

2. Birthdate (on your device only)

You may enter a birthdate so the app can generate entertainment and reflection content (for example, tradition-based insights). That birthdate:

• Is used only to generate information inside the app
• Is stored locally on your device
• Is not uploaded to Sanchu LLC
• Is not used to create an account

You can change or delete the birthdate in the app. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data.

3. Purchases

Optional subscriptions or purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your name, password, or payment card details. Manage or cancel purchases in your store account settings.

4. Children

Cosmic Augur is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by the App Store or Google Play in your region). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

5. Your choices

Because we do not collect your data, there is no account to access or delete on our servers. To remove locally stored birthdate information, clear it in the app or uninstall Cosmic Augur.

6. Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
